Gleb Diachkov-Gertcev 

Gleb Diachkov-Gertcev is Director of Investor Relations at EMSTEEL, largest UAE steel manufacturer. Gleb joined the company in 2022 and built the Group’s IR function from the ground up and now leads its global capital-markets strategy.

His previous role was Head of Investor Relations at RUSAL, one of the world’s largest aluminium producers, where he navigated the company’s IR through significant market and regulatory challenges. Prior to this, he held Investor Relations roles at LSR Group, one of Russia’s leading real estate developers, and worked as an IR consultant in the Middle East, advising companies on international best-practice IR standards.

He holds Master degree in International Relations from Saint Petersburg State University, studied Economics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the College of Europe in Belgium.
