Grace Chen

Grace Chen has nearly two decades of experience in investor relations and capital markets, advising boards and management teams across Asia. She serves on the Management Committee of the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS), supporting initiatives that advance market transparency and corporate governance, and is an IR Fellow of the Singapore ListCos Association (SGListCos).

Grace was most recently Head of Group Investor Relations at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), where she led global IR strategy, earnings communications and capital markets engagement, including through the group’s landmark strategic restructuring and listing in 2021.

Through her work with industry bodies and her experience in large-scale corporate transformation, Grace is committed to raising the standards of investor engagement, strategic clarity and market trust across the region.
