Graham Phillips

Graham Phillips, MCSI is a seasoned investment professional with experience across the sell side, buy side, and investor relations. Currently serving as Investor Relations Director at Schneider Electric, Graham plays a pivotal role in keeping Schneider’s equity story relevant, financial communications, investor targeting, competitive analysis, and investor & analyst engagement.

His career spans prominent roles at Jefferies International, M&G Investment Management, and UBS, where he specialized in global industrials, capital goods, automotive, aerospace, and mining sectors. Known for his analytical depth and direct engagement with executive leadership and global shareholders, Graham has consistently delivered high-impact insights and value-driven research ideas.

A Chartered Member of the CISI and an active participant in the UK IR Society, Graham holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the Securities Institute of Australia. His work has earned industry recognition, including the 2024 IR Magazine Impact Award for Best Investor Relations Officer – Large Cap.
