Heather Livingston

Heather Livingston is Manager of Investor Relations at ONEOK, Inc. She rejoined ONEOK (NYSE:OKE) in September 2023 following its merger with Magellan Midstream Partners (NYSE: MMP), where she played a pivotal role in securing shareholder approval for the transaction. Prior to Magellan, Livingston was part of the Investor Relations team at The Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ: CAKE) in California. She began her career at ONEOK, holding roles of increasing responsibility in Investor Relations, Internal Audit and Corporate Business Development.

A native Oklahoman, Livingston earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She serves as co-chair of ONEOK’s Women’s Resource Group and was named to NIRI’s 2025 Class of Rising Leaders Under 40, recognizing her leadership, expertise and contributions to ONEOK and the investor relations profession.
