Isabel Vilela

Mrs. Isabel Vilela heads Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at GoviEx, where she serves as a key member of the Executive Team. In addition to her primary role, Mrs. Vilela is also responsible for Stakeholder Engagement and Community Development initiatives across GoviEx’s main projects and contributes significantly to the development and implementation of the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy. With extensive experience in the mining, materials, and renewables industries, Mrs. Vilela has previously held prominent positions at Hochschild Mining plc, Cookson Group plc, and Clipper Windpower plc. Mrs. Vilela is an active member of the Communications and ESG groups at the World Nuclear Association and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex. Mrs. Vilela has a keen interest in artificial intelligence, particularly its applications in investor relations and ESG. She is enthusiastic about leveraging AI to enhance communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
