Isabel Vilela

Mrs. Isabel Vilela is a strategic communications and investor relations professional with 20+ years’ experience in listed and regulated environments, partnering with C-level executives and boards to turn complex issues into clear, engaging narratives for investors, clients and wider stakeholders. She has extensive sector experience across mining, media, materials and renewables.

Mrs Vilela most recently led Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at GoviEx Uranium Inc, where she was also responsible for Stakeholder Engagement and Community Development across the company’s main projects, contributing significantly to the development and implementation of its ESG strategy.

Previously, Mrs. Vilela held prominent roles at Hochschild Mining plc, Cookson Group plc and Clipper Windpower plc, building a strong track record across corporate communications, IR, media, digital and AI-driven campaigns.

Born in Brazil and educated in the United States, Mrs Vilela has recently completed a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex and has a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
