Jenny Goldsmith

Jenny is a member of the Global Industry Research Leadership Team and is responsible for the firm’s Health Care and Property research. In this role, she focuses on ensuring that we attract, retain, and motivate world-class analysts and investment talent; provide them with the resources, support, and ongoing feedback needed to excel; and undertake our work with a fiduciary mind-set and a collaborative spirit in order to make informed investment decisions on behalf of our clients.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Jenny was a senior research analyst focused on health care and Director of Research Associates at Sands Capital in Arlington, VA (2013 — 2025). Before that, she was an associate in Credit Suisse’s Private Fund Group (2007 — 2011).

Jenny earned her BS in commerce and philosophy from the University of Virginia (2007). She participated in the post-baccalaureate premedical program at Johns Hopkins (2011 — 2012). Additionally, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
