Jerry Mulloor is the Senior Manager of IT & Security at Q4, overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure and security strategies. Before Q4, Jerry was Senior IT Support Operations Manager at VMWare and Pivotal, leading the AMER Customer Service Team during the shift to remote support amid COVID-19, ensuring high customer satisfaction for over 40,000 end users.

At Q4, he has strengthened security by implementing SOC2 Sustainability, Risk Management, and Trust Centre programs, enhancing the company’s risk management and trust with stakeholders.
