Kirsten Molyneux

Kirsten leads FGS’s Equity Advisory practice for Asia and supports major corporate affairs clients. She has a financial background with nearly 30 years’ experience of helping clients with complex communication and stakeholder engagement needs in Europe and Asia, having begun her career on the equity trading floor at UBS in London.

Her work includes advising senior leaders on corporate affairs, capital market engagement, investor perception, investor targeting, capital market days, equity narrative development, crisis preparedness and issues management as well as ongoing investor relations and financial communication support. Kirsten also has extensive M&A and IPO experience.

Before joining FGS Global, Kirsten led Corporate and Consumer Affairs for DFI Group, part of the Jardines Group and the largest diversified Retail Group in Asia. Prior to DFI, Kirsten was a Partner at Brunswick, where she was global co-head of stakeholder engagement, advising some of Asia’s most significant and transformational companies on how to respond to the challenges
of operating in complex landscapes.
