Kristina Leo

Kristina Leo is a Director of Corporate Access & Advisory at TD Cowen, where she oversees the allocation strategy for conferences across all sectors, to facilitate high-value interactions between institutional investors and corporate management teams.

Prior to joining TD Cowen in 2024, Kristina was a Vice President of Corporate Access at Goldman Sachs. She spent the majority of her career at Barclays focusing on international roadshow marketing and conferences, and previously held client strategy roles at Cornerstone Research and UBS. She holds a BA in Management Studies from Gettysburg College, and a Graduate Certificate in Strategy, Reputation & Risk from the Oxford University Said School of Business.
