Mark Simms

Mark was CEO and a co-founder of CMi2i Ltd, part of Computershare Investor Engagement since 2025. Prior to that he founded Capital Precision and was its Chief Executive Officer until June 2013. For 25 years he has specialized in the provision of Capital Markets Intelligence Services to some of the world’s largest companies. Prior to founding Capital Precision, Mark was CEO of Ilios Europe and has held senior Business Development positions within the Investor Relations industry, including at Thomson Financial and ICV Ltd.

Mark is a regular speaker at International IR and Banking conferences and has taught Capital Markets Intelligence Services on a number of IR industry courses around the world. Additionally, he has been involved in Disclosure Policy, Market Transparency, and Law reviews for a number of jurisdictions within Europe, the Americas and Africa.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies and lives in Madrid and London.
