Martijn leads Investor Relations and Treasury at NSI N.V., a Dutch listed commercial real estate investor with €1bn in assets.
Working at the intersection of capital markets, debt financing, balance sheet strategy and investor communication, Martijn manages relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts and banks, and shapes how NSI is positioned in the public markets.
Martijn has personally executed over €500m in funding, including syndicated loans, secured/mortgage debt and EU/US private placements, strengthening liquidity and balance sheet resilience.
Martijn advises senior management and Board / Supervisory Board through data-driven analysis, financial modelling and scenario analysis, and translate strategy and operational performance into a clear, investable equity story.
