Matt Humphries

Matt leads the Investor Relations and Global Corporate Communications teams for BlackLine, a leading digital finance transformation software provider for the Office of the CFO. Matt joined BlackLine in 2022 and has more than 10 years of buyside and investors relations experience, most recently as SVP, Investor Relations at Paya Holdings, where he was responsible for investor relations for helping to launch the IR program at a new public company.  Previously, he was head of Investor Relations at Manhattan Associates, where he was the first IRO for a longstanding public company.  He also was charged with leading the investor relations efforts at WellCare Health Plans. Prior to his investor relations career, Matt was an equity research analyst for USAA Asset Management, covering a wide range of sectors, including consumer staples, energy, healthcare, metals & mining and technology.  He also served in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 aviator for 10 years. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Mississippi State University.  He is also a CFA Charterholder.
