Menka Bajaj

Menka Bajaj is a Global Sustainability Strategist, based in London. The team is responsible for developing BofA Global Sustainability research.

The team was rated #2 2024 and 2023 Institutional Investor survey and #1 in 2022 Institutional Investor survey. Bajaj joined the firm in 2019 as a research analyst in the European Equity Quantitative Strategy team. Prior to this, she spent six years in research roles at a global analytics firm in India.

She holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, and a Certificate in ESG Investing and also Climate and Investing from the CFA Institute.
