Michael Henderson

Michael Henderson, CFA, is Head of Growth for the UK, U.S., and Canada at ZKB Securities (UK) Ltd, where he leads business development and equity sales for the London-based arm of Zurich Kantonalbank. Since joining ZKB in 2022, he has established the firm as the leading dedicated broker for Swiss corporates in London.

Previously, Michael spent seven years at Barclays Investment Bank, where he founded and led the European Middle Markets business, building a team that covered over 300 accounts across 24 countries. Prior to Barclays, he served as Executive Director on Morgan Stanley’s Global Equity Sales desk in London, working with top-tier institutional clients and helping the team achieve a #1-2 global ranking. Earlier in his career, Michael held roles at Sanford C. Bernstein in London and New York and began his equity career at UBS in New York, selling Asian equities to U.S. accounts.

Michael holds a Master in Finance from London Business School, an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
