Nathalie Megann

Nathalie Megann was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) – Canada’s only professional, member-led organization focused on career excellence for investor relations professionals – in 2023, after serving seven years on CIRI’s National Board of Directors, including two years as Board Chair.

Ms. Megann is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of professional experience and served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs at Chorus Aviation Inc. before becoming CIRI’s CEO. Ms. Megann holds degrees from Dalhousie University and has earned the professional designations of Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR) and the Institute of Corporate Directors Director (ICD) designation.
