Rebecca P. Gardy is a dynamic, award-winning financial executive with more than 20 years of experience shaping compelling business and financial narratives that drive valuation and investor confidence. A trusted strategic advisor to CEOs, CFOs, and Boards, she has guided organizations through IPOs, major transformations, leadership transitions, and periods of market volatility.
Rebecca currently serves as SVP & Chief Investor Relations Officer at Campbell’s, where she leads all investor relations and financial communications and has been recognized for excellence in strategic messaging, investor engagement, and event design—earning IR Impact’s Best Investor Day award in 2025. She has also played a key role in M&A narrative strategy, capital markets positioning, and finance culture transformation.
Her prior leadership roles include senior investor relations and communications positions at GreenSky, SecureWorks, Nike, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, where she consistently strengthened market credibility, expanded investor bases, and helped drive significant value creation. Earlier in her career, Rebecca held executive and advisory roles in marketing, finance, corporate development, and banking across global brands and professional services firms.
Rebecca holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University. She is active in nonprofit leadership and professional organizations, including the National Investor Relations Institute and serves on the board of New Jersey Community Capital.
