Richard Taylor

Richard Taylor is CEO of Lumi Global and has led the business since 2007. During his tenure, he has overseen Lumi Global’s evolution from a UK-focused events technology provider into a global leader in governance, meeting and voting technology, supporting organisations across shareholder meetings, investor relations, elections and member engagement in more than 40 markets worldwide.
Richard also led the successful management buyout of Lumi Global alongside Vespa Capital in 2017, helping accelerate the company’s international expansion, technology innovation and long-term growth strategy.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
