Roxanne Sharif

Roxanne Sharif is a seasoned expert in sustainability reporting, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sustainability Compliance at Mohawk Industries, a global leader in flooring manufacturing. With extensive experience in sustainability strategy, reporting, and compliance, Roxanne plays a key role on the Company’s Data, Carbon, and Compliance team. She is instrumental to integrating sustainability into broader corporate governance and compliance functions, ensuring the Company meets the increasingly complex and evolving ESG regulations, standards, and assurance requirements.

Roxanne’s expertise lies in navigating the global landscape for sustainability reporting and shaping corporate ESG disclosures under the European Union’s CSRD/ESRS requirements, in addition to California’s Climate Laws, GRI, CDP, TCFD and SASB (ISSB). Her work is at the forefront of the ongoing evolution in sustainability reporting and measurement standards, collaborating closely with internal audit teams to strengthen data accuracy and navigate assurance processes for sustainability data.

Prior to joining Mohawk, Roxanne was an Account Executive at Datamaran, where she specialized in conducting materiality assessments, ESG emerging risk analysis and Ai-powered data analytics, working closely with C-suite executives to inform corporate strategies and advance governance practices. Her experience spans both the private and nonprofit sectors, having held positions where she contributed to policy research and the development of sustainability legislation in New York City. Roxanne holds an MBA in Sustainability Management from Bard College and continues to build her knowledge at the intersection of sustainability and finance to help foster more integrated thinking.
