Sally Curley

Sally J. Curley is a 30+-year corporate executive, Board Director, published author and successful CEO entrepreneur. Sally has built and led corporate sustainability (ESG) and governance programs, as well as global capital market strategies, for small and large private and public companies such as Cardinal Health. She has deep expertise in risk assessment / oversight and in Disclosure. In Spring 2025, Sally was named a 2025 Private Company Director to Watch and also honored with a Career Mastered Executive Award. 

As a mentor to the C-suite, Sally has partnered to facilitate leadership transition and manage crises, including shareholder activism. As a Board Director, she has chaired Sustainability and Succession Committees and served on the Nominating and Governance Committee. Her industry experience includes extensive healthcare as well as aerospace, AI, automotive, building materials, digital currency / FinTech, electronic components and real estate / REIT.
