Lei Song

Ms. SONG Lei is a seasoned professional with 15 years of industry experience, with a long-standing focus on global markets and extensive expertise in global investment solutions.

Since January 2026, Ms. Song has served as Managing Director and Head of Investment Solutions at New Harvest Wealth (Hong Kong) Limited. She is responsible for delivering integrated wealth solutions tailored to client life cycles and wealth tiers.

Prior to this role, from September 2023 to January 2026, she was Executive Director and Head of Product Research at New Harvest Wealth Securities Company Limited, where she was primarily responsible for planning and developing the company’s financial products and managing its global product lines.

From April 2022 to September 2023, Ms. Song served as Overseas Product Director in the Product Centre at Harvest Wealth Management Co., Ltd. Earlier in her career, from May 2017 to April 2022, she worked as a Fund Manager at TIANHONG Asset Management Co., Ltd., where she served as fund manager for multiple Stock Connect and QDII mutual funds and specialized accounts, managing assets exceeding RMB 6 billion.

She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from the University of New South Wales.
