Steve Willoughby

Steve Willoughby is the SVP of Investor Relations, ESG, and Risk Management at Revvity (RVTY), where he oversees the company’s investor relations function as well as the execution of its ESG and Risk Management strategies.

Additionally, Steve also leads the EHS, competitive intelligence, and retirement plan functions for the company. He has been recognized as a finalist for the Best Investor Relations Officer award in both 2023 and 2024, and in 2025 was named a finalist for Best Healthcare IR and Best Investor Day Event by the annual IR Impact Awards.

Before joining Revvity in 2021 as VP of Investor Relations, Steve spent nearly two decades as a founder and partner at Cleveland Research Company, a leading independent equity and market research firm, where he provided detailed research and analysis on the life sciences and managed care industries to global institutional investors. In 2018, Thomson Reuters StarMine named Steve the top analyst in the Life Science tools sector.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
