Svitlana Gubriy

Svitlana Gubriy is a Senior investment professional with over 20 years’ experience in global real assets and is Head of Indirect Real Assets at Aberdeen, where she leads indirect real asset strategies.
She is responsible for global portfolio construction across listed and private real estate, including manager selection, capital allocation and oversight of multi manager platforms. Svitlana brings extensive experience investing across market cycles and regularly engages with management teams and investor relations functions globally.
Her background spans public and private markets, investment banking and private equity, providing a broad and integrated perspective on capital markets and real asset investing. She is a member of the FTSE EPRA Nareit European Advisory Committee and is based in Edinburgh, UK.
