Victoria Hyde-Dunn

Victoria brings over 20 years of executive experience in investor relations. Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented programs for fintech, security, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies at various stages, from high-growth tech firms to private equity-owned companies and established firms undergoing transitions. Her experience includes two initial public offerings (Visa and Informatica), management transitions, shareholder activism, debt issuance, crisis and issues management, corporate sustainability reporting, and M&A for NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies. She is currently Vice President of Investor Relations at Informatica, a Salesforce company, where she played a critical role in guiding Informatica through its successful IPO in October 2021 and its subsequent sale to Salesforce in November 2025. Prior to joining Informatica, she held IR roles at 8×8, Visa, McAfee, and Providian Financial.  

Victoria is co-president of the NIRI San Francisco Bay Area chapter, having previously served on the NIRI San Francisco chapter board from 2016 until 2025 and the NIRI Silicon Valley chapter board from 2007 to 2011. She was named a NIRI Fellow in 2024 and is a member of NIRI’s senior roundtable. She has been recognized by IR Impact (Best Investor Relations Officer, Large-Cap) and is a top-ranked Investor Relations professional in the Extel All-America Executive Team survey across multiple years and categories. She frequently speaks at NIRI National conferences, NIRI chapter events, and IR Impact events. She holds an MBA and a B.A. in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
