Willa McManmon

Willa McManmon is the Vice President of Investor Relations at Ingram Micro (Fortune 100) where she leads the company’s global capital markets strategy and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership on financial narrative, investor engagement, and long‑term value positioning. She brings more than 25 years of deep investor relations expertise spanning technology, consumer, and industrial sectors, partnering with companies from early stage, pre‑IPO through large cap public companies.

Before joining Ingram Micro, Willa was a Managing Director at The Blueshirt Group, a leading IR and IPO advisory firm, where she counseled high‑growth technology companies on public‑company readiness, financial communications, and strategic investor outreach. Her in‑house career includes senior IR roles at Cisco/Jasper, Trimble, e.l.f. Beauty, and PagerDuty.

Willa has supported dozens of IPOs, secondary offerings, and M&A transactions.

She holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature and Art History from University of Maryland and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
