Crossbridge Advisors was founded to help international companies, exchanges, market operators, and financial institutions navigate the intersection between global markets and the United States. We advise on the structural, commercial, and strategic challenges that determine whether international securities become discoverable, investable, and relevant to U.S. investors.  

Crossbridge is not a traditional consultancy. It is the independent strategic platform of Jason Paltrowitz – built on more than two decades operating at the center of international capital formation and U.S. market infrastructure.

After helping transform OTC Markets Group from a niche and misunderstood market into a globally recognized capital markets platform, coupled with his work at BNY ADRs and JP Morgan, Jason developed deep relationships across exchanges, broker-dealers, market makers, issuers, regulators, investment banks, and institutional investors worldwide.

He helped build one of the most successful issuer-services businesses in global capital markets while working directly with thousands of companies navigating access to U.S. investors. That experience created a unique perspective: the greatest inefficiencies in global capital markets today are no longer informational, they are structural.

Crossbridge exists to “bridge” those structural gaps.
