NYSE-listed silver mining company Coeur d’Alene Mines has brought in Wendy Yang as its new vice president of investor relations.
Yang has plenty of experience in the investor relations and mining industries. Most recently she was vice president of IR at Brigus Gold, and she has also held positions at International Minerals, Newmont, Stillwater Mining, Golden Star Resources, Santa Fe Gold and AMAX.
In addition, Yang has held several different posts at NIRI’s Rocky Mountain chapter, including president and treasurer. Currently she is a board director for the chapter.
