How to improve the IR website

The importance of the IR website is well understood – investors and analysts wouldn’t know what to do without it. But what would key users of the IR site change or tweak if they could?

In both regions, web conferences – and associated materials like transcripts – get the most mentions, followed by archive information. But many companies appear to be nailing this website thing: more than a third of respondents in both regions say they can find everything they want.

In Asia we posed a slightly different question, as many companies are still in the early stages of developing their IR websites: what do you most want to see? Again, web conferences come out top, with a breakdown of quarterly sales numbers in second place. In third place, notably, respondents cite speed rather than content, calling for faster and more frequent updates.
