8×8, which provides cloud-based communications tools, has appointed Victoria Hyde-Dunn as its senior director of investor relations, effective October 2.
Hyde-Dunn joins 8×8 from Visa, where she worked for 10 years as director of investor relations. She recently shared the best IRO (large cap) award with Jack Carksy, Visa’s senior vice president of investor relations, at the IR Magazine Awards – US 2017. Hyde-Dunn was part of the team that took Visa public in 2008 and in her new role will lead 8×8’s investor relations efforts, upon the retirement of Joan Citelli, the company’s IR director, at the end of the month
Hyde-Dunn also has IR experience at McAfee and Providian Financial. She currently serves on the board of the NIRI San Francisco chapter, having also served on the NIRI Silicon Valley chapter.
