Traditionally taking place in the afternoon after the conference, the IR Magazine Awards – South East Asia once again saw a crowd of IR professionals eager to find out who would go back to their office with an IR Magazine trophy. It was real estate company Frasers Centrepoint Trust that picked up the most gongs this year: the Singapore-headquartered company won awards for best overall investor relations, best investor relations officer at a small or mid-cap firm for Fung-Leng Chen and best IR by a senior management team, among others.
More individual awards were reserved for CapitaLand’s Rui Hua Chang, named best IRO at a large-cap company, and rising star Bindu Menon from KLCCP.
