US insurance group the Travelers Companies has hired Abbe Goldstein as senior vice president of IR. She succeeds Gabriella Nawi, who recently joined the company’s personal insurance finance team.
In her new role, Goldstein reports to CFO Jay Benet and will serve on the company’s operating committee.
Goldstein joins Travelers as a seasoned IR professional. According to her LinkedIn profile, she has previously held senior IR positions with XL Catlin, Ambac and National Financial Partners.
