IR Magazine announces Small Cap Awards nominees

The nominees for the third annual IR Magazine Awards – Small Cap have been announced, ahead of the award presentations in late September.

As IR Magazine continues its commitment to covering small-cap investor relations, it’s clear that needs and challenges of small and micro-cap companies are unique. This year’s nominees are a testament to the uniqueness of small-cap investor relations and provide a roadmap for others to follow.

This year there are four categories. The nominees are:

Best investor meetings

  • ReproMed Systems

Best investor relations by a micro-cap company

The nominees’ entries will now be reviewed by a panel of judges with dedicated small-cap IR experience. Once the winners are selected in each category, they will be revealed at the IR Magazine Small Cap Forum & Awards, which is being hosted by OTC Markets on September 26.

The event will speak to small and micro-cap IR challenges – such as how to attract more analyst coverage, how to build an effective investor relations strategy and how to better use social media to enhance your messaging – as well as showcasing some of this year’s nominees.
