Premier has named Angie McCabe as vice president of investor relations. She succeeds Jim Storey, who retired with effect from June 30.
McCabe is now responsible for engaging with the financial community and communicating the company’s investment thesis, in partnership with Ben Krasinski, Premier’s director of investor relations.
Prior to joining Premier, McCabe held IR and corporate communications positions at Veracyte, WellCare Health Plans, HealthNet and WellPoint Health Networks, among others, and provided strategic IR and communications services through her consulting firm, ACM Advisory Services.
She brings more than 20 years of IR experience to Premier and, with her strong leadership skills and healthcare background, will be valuable in helping the company advance its broader strategic goals.
She is an active member of NIRI, the world’s largest professional association of IR practitioners, and served as a NIRI national board member from December 2013 through December 2017.
