People moves: TeraWulf names John Larkin as director of IR

TeraWulf, the Nasdaq-listed data center operator, has named John Larkin as senior vice president and director of IR.

Most recently, he was chief operating officer at Connacht Asset Management. Prior to that, he worked for around a decade at Susquehanna International Group, a quantitative trading firm, leading the event-driven and special-situations desk.

‘John’s extensive experience in financial strategy and investor engagement will be critical as TeraWulf continues to scale and execute our growth plans,’ says the company’s CEO, Paul Prager, in a statement. ‘His deep expertise in capital markets will bolster our relationships with institutional investors and sharpen the communication of our financial performance and strategic milestones.’

Larkin adds: ‘I’m thrilled to join TeraWulf during such an exciting and transformative period for the company. With its forward-thinking approach to sustainable digital infrastructure and rapid growth, TeraWulf is uniquely positioned to capture increased attention from the investment community.’

Elsewhere, Compass, the NYSE-listed real estate broker, has appointed Soham Bhonsle as head of IR. He reports to Kalani Reelitz, the company’s CFO.

Bhonsle has covered the housing sector for more than 10 years. Most recently, he was senior analyst and vice president at BTIG. Before that, he held roles at Morgan Stanley and Susquehanna International Group.

‘We sought someone who could deliver an immediate impact, and Soham’s reputation in the investor community is second to none,’ says Reelitz in a statement. ‘His expertise will be fundamental in effectively communicating the Compass story to our investor base and ensuring confidence in our long-term strategy.’

‘Joining Compass offers a unique opportunity to work at a company at the forefront of real estate innovation,’ says Bhonsle. ‘I look forward to leveraging my background to support Compass in delivering sustained growth and value for its shareholders.’
