Las Vegas-based online casino operator High Roller Technologies has appointed Seth Young as its new senior vice president of corporate strategy and investor relations.
Prior to joining the NYSE-listed company, Young served as chief innovation officer at PointsBet, where he was responsible for strategic corporate development efforts including fundraising, new market development, government affairs and regulatory affairs. Before that he worked as chief operating officer at FSG Digital, executive director of online gaming at Foxwoods Resort Casino, chief operating officer at Flower City Gaming and director of strategy for TexasHoldem.com.
Young has also been recognized for his contributions to the gaming industry, receiving the Innovation Group’s 2018 ‘Emerging Leaders of Gaming Award’ and being named to Global Gaming Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list in the same year.
‘We are thrilled to welcome Seth Young to our team,’ says Ben Clemes, CEO of High Roller Technologies. ‘His over 20 years of industry experience, combined with his extensive knowledge of gaming technologies, strategic planning and business development, will be invaluable as we continue to build on High Roller’s strong position in the industry.’
Fellow NYSE-listed firm MasTec has announced that its head of IR, J Marc Lewis, will resign from his role after more than 23 years of service.
He will be replaced by Chris Mecray, who joins the firm from US chemicals company Dupont de Numours, where he served as vice president of investor relations. Lewis will stay with MasTec during the transition process ‘to ensure continuity of the investor relations program and transfer of relationships’, according to a press release.
Jose Mas, MasTec’s CEO, says: ‘I want to welcome Chris as a great addition to the MasTec family. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Marc for his decades of devotion to MasTec and our investors. Marc has been an integral part of the management team that created billions of dollars of shareholder value, and his humor and work ethic will be missed. We wish him the best of luck in his well-deserved retirement and especially in his charitable endeavors.’
Speaking about his time at the company, Lewis adds: ‘My years at MasTec have been the highlight of my professional career. It was such an honor to be part of the MasTec legacy, which is an embodiment of the American dream and nothing in my career has come close to the personal and professional fulfillment of my years at MasTec.’

Prior to joining the Nasdaq-listed company, Johnson worked in research roles at Stephens, where he followed the life sciences tools and pharma services sector, and in various other investment management industry jobs.
Repligen’s CEO Jason Garland says: ‘Jacob is a terrific addition to the Repligen team, bringing a broad understanding of the bioprocessing tools space, the markets we serve and the growth drivers for our industry and the company.’
In Taiwan, semiconductor manufacturer and supplier Himax has announced the retirement of Eric Li as its chief IR officer, PR officer and spokesperson. In his stead, the company has promoted Karen Tiao from her previous role of senior investor relations manager.
Biing-Seng Wu, chairman of the Nasdaq-listed company, says: ‘On behalf of the board, I would like to extend our utmost gratitude to Mr Eric Li for his dedicated service to Himax.
