Prior to that, she worked for three years at Baader Bank in various trading roles and over seven years at Deutsche Börs in capital market sales and issuer services.
Sharing the news in a post on LinkedIn, Richert writes: ‘TPG is a truly unique growth story – a company with endless opportunities and an incredible pool of talented people. I am very much looking forward to this new journey.’
Staying in Europe, Dutch real estate investment firm Wereldhave has appointed Fleur van der Erve as its new director, investor relations and investments.
‘In this role, she will serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders and investment partners,’ says Wereldhave in a press release. ‘Fleur brings extensive experience in the real estate sector.’
Van der Erve previously worked as an investment director at Orange Capital Partners in Amsterdam, as well as holding various roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
Writing on LinkedIn, she adds that she is ‘thrilled for what’s ahead with Wereldhave’.
In the UK, London-listed provider of refractory products RHI Magnesita has promoted Alexander Ordosch to be its new head of investor relations, effective from October 1.
Having served in various roles at RHI Magnesita, including as strategy manager and European plant network and restructuring project manager, Ordosch also oversaw ‘key optimization initiatives’ across the company’s European footprint, it writes in a press release.
‘With his extensive experience, strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, Alexander is well positioned to further develop RHI Magnesita’s investor relations activities and strengthen dialogue with stakeholders,’ it adds.
Prior to joining RHI Magnesita, he worked as a commodities analyst at CRU Group in London, with a focus on the steel market.
In the US, NYSE-listed energy provider Phillips 66 has named Sean Maher as its vice president of investor relations and chief economist, in a move effective from October 1.
Maher currently serves as Phillips 66’s chief economist, where he leads the company’s global fundamental outlook and price forecasting. He has nearly 30 years of experience in energy finance and investment.
Before joining the company in 2024, Maher held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, where he launched and led coverage of midstream and integrated natural gas companies, and at Third Gear Investments.
He will replace outgoing IR chief Jeff Dietert, who will retire after eight years with Phillips 66.
‘We are pleased to have Sean step into this important role, bringing deep industry knowledge and extensive finance experience that will strengthen our engagement with the investment community,’ says Kevin Mitchell, executive vice president and CFO. ‘We thank Jeff for his many contributions as a trusted voice to the investment community, and we wish him all the best in retirement.’
Finally, JP Morgan Chase’s IR Magazine award-winning head of IR Aaron Bertinetti has left the bank to head up Computershare’s newly-launched investor engagement business.
The new division will include providing information on who is buying or selling a client company’s equity and debt, as well as investor relations and services from Georgeson Advisory.
Bertinetti, who also previously worked at proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis, will lead the new business’ efforts in North America.
