Plus new IROs in place at Colgate-Palmolive, James Hardie and Satorius
US hardware chain Lowe’s has brought in experienced IRO Shelly Hubbard as its new vice president, head of investor relations.
Hubbard joins the retailer on the back of a three-year stint as vice president, investor relations at Pentair. Prior to that, she held various IR and FP&A roles at Vista Outdoor, Nike, Holiday Retirement and Skilled Healthcare Group.
Writing about her new role on LinkedIn, she says: ‘From the moment I stepped on campus, I could feel the lived culture and values! It has been a dream of mine to lead IR at a Fortune 50 company. Looking forward to relocating to North Carolina very soon.
‘As I move on to this new adventure, I have a great appreciation for one of life’s greatest gifts…the people we meet along the way. I will forever cherish the friendships from former colleagues at Pentair, Vista Outdoor, NIKE and more. So many of you have made a lasting impression on me.’
Over in Princeton, New Jersey, ANI Pharmaceuticals (ANIP) has appointed Irina Koffler as its new vice president, investor relations.
Koffler arrives in the role after six years as managing director of LifeSci Advisors. Prior to that, she worked as an equity research analyst, specializing in the pharmaceuticals industry, at Mizuho, Cantor Fitzgerald and Duncan-Williams.
Announcing the change on LinkedIn, she writes: ‘Reflecting on this new start, I am grateful for the opportunity to step into this role where I’ve been incredibly impressed by the team, the strength of the business, and the company’s growth outlook.
‘Feeling super energized to engage with the investor community to help crystalize ANI’s strategy, achievements and upcoming milestones, and looking forward to what’s next.’

Staying near New York, Claire Ross has been named as executive vice president of investor relations at Colgate-Palmolive.
Prior to the move into IR, Ross worked as a consumer analyst and portfolio manager at Nuveen, a TIAA company, with a specific focus on the consumer staples sector, for almost 12 years. Prior to that, she was a senior analyst with Surveyor Capital.
On LinkedIn, she writes: ‘I look forward to working with the extraordinary Colgate-Palmolive team to tell our story and help drive our 2030 strategic plan forward.’
Meanwhile, Bill Seymour has taken up a new post as vice president of investor relations at building materials company James Hardie.
Seymour previously worked as a partner at Vallum Advisors, where he worked with various listed companies. Prior to that, he spent six years as vice president, investor relations, marketing, corporate communications and ESG at Entegris and held other IR roles at The Valspar Corporation, Best Buy and Nokia.
Speaking about the move, he writes: ‘Grateful for the opportunity to join this great company – and looking forward to what’s ahead.’
Over in Germany, Sven Köpsel has announced that he has taken on a new role as head of corporate communications and investor relations at biopharmaceuticals company Sartorius.
Köpsel previously worked as vice president, investor relations and communications at SUSS. Prior to that, he held various IR and corporate communications roles at Ottobock, Mettlach and Siemens.
Writing about his new role on LinkedIn, he says: ‘After a week of discussions with experts, countless questions, and my first investor calls as a listener, I can say that I already know a lot more about Sartorius and the biopharma industry than I did on Monday morning.
‘Many thanks to everyone who made my start so smooth. It feels great to now be part of [the team] and to support a highly relevant industry with a special purpose: better health for more people.’
Finally, Danah Alomar has taken on a new role as senior investor relations specialist at Riyadh, Saudi-Arabia-based wireless network operator Mobily.
She joins after three years as an investor relations specialist and board secretary at Almunajem Foods Company.
