Cloud-based content management company Box has brought in Stefany Flegal to serve as its new director of investor relations.
Prior to joining the San Francisco firm, she ran her own consultancy – Flegal Consultancy Services – launched in April 2025. Before that, Flegal held various IR roles at Smartsheet and Fastly, as well as serving in treasury and FP&A positions at fellow cloud data storage firm Dropbox.
Writing about her new role on LinkedIn, Flegal says: ‘Over the past year, consulting gave me the chance to work with thoughtful teams, write, learn and meet so many smart people across the investor relations community.
‘Thank you to everyone who took a chance on me, shared an introduction, invited me into a conversation, subscribed to The IR Girl, attended a workshop, or trusted me with a project. I am genuinely grateful. That support made this next chapter possible.’
Staying in the US, NYSE-listed hydraulic equipment maker Enerpac has wheeled in Christian Audi as its next head of IR.

‘The semiconductor industry is at the center of almost all major technology trends shaping our world today and will remain a key driver of innovation and economic growth for years to come,’ she says in a Q&A that SUSS posted on LinkedIn.
‘My goal is to further strengthen the trusted and transparent communication with the capital markets while enhancing SUSS’ positioning as a key technology partner to the global semiconductor industry.’
Meanwhile in Helsinki, Finland, property and casualty insurer Sampo Group has hired Diane Michelberger as its head of IR, assuming the role from early Q4 2026.

Over in Victoria, Australia, healthcare data firm Pro Medicus has appointed Garry Sherriff to the role of head of IR, effective from July 20.
A financial markets executive with 20 years’ experience, Sherriff previously worked as head of Australian equities research and lead technology analyst for the Royal Bank of Canada and head of Australian emerging companies equity research for Moelis & Company.
He says: ‘I am delighted to be joining Pro Medicus. Having followed Pro Medicus closely for many years, I’ve had the opportunity to watch the business evolve, execute on its strategy and create long-term value for shareholders. This familiarity has given me a deep appreciation for the quality of the company, its leadership team and its future potential. I look forward to strengthening the company’s engagement with investors in Australia and offshore.’
And finally, multiple IR Impact award-winner and serving judge Janet Craig has launched her new IR and financial communications consultancy, Endeavour Capital Markets.
She writes on LinkedIn: ‘Last year, I stepped away from my 30-year career in investor relations to reflect on what was next. I didn’t know exactly when I would want to step back in, or exactly what it would look like. Until I did.
‘My love for the craft of investor relations and creating impact is undiminished. In fact, it has grown. So, I couldn’t be more excited and proud to be launching Endeavour with Linda Ezergailis and Sarah Lerner, as I am confident about the impact we will have with IR teams, C-suite and boards.’
