Head of IR at ‘original disruptor of beauty’ says that technology, quicker trading and Reg FD have led industry’s biggest changes
Kiley Rawlins, SVP of investor relations of Ulta Beauty, is an IR veteran with more than 30 years’ experience. She joined Ulta Beauty as a VP of IR in May 2019, becoming SVP IR in January 2025. She has also worked at the Michaels Companies, Family Dollar and Dollar General.
Ulta Beauty is the largest specialty beauty retailer in the US with more than 1,500 stores across the country. The company is also expanding its presence outside the US through its subsidiary Space NK – a luxury beauty retailer operating 88 stores in the UK and Ireland – as well as its joint venture in Mexico and its franchise in the Middle East. It was founded in 1990, is based in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and made its IPO in 2007. Today it is a $23 bn market cap company.
