Movida, part of the SIMPAR Group, one of the largest car rental companies in Brazil, has appointed Gustavo Moscatelli as CFO and IRO, effective February 16, 2023.
He will succeed Edmar Neto, who is stepping down but will hold his current positions for the next 30 days in transition.
Moscatelli has been part of the SIMPAR Group since 2017. During his time at the company, he helped with the restructuring process that made Grupo Vamos – a leasing company of trucks, machinery and equipment – a publicly held company in 2021.
Before that he spent 10 years at residential construction and real estate company Gafisa, where he was the CEO.
