‘Small caps are important – not just important: we’re passionate about them,’ Jason Paltrowitz, executive vice president of corporate services at OTC Markets, told IR Magazine after the Small Cap Forum at OTC Markets’ offices in September.
In this video interview, Paltrowitz discusses some of the top tips that emerged from the conference. One of the most notable tips is to maintain consistency of disclosure, Paltrowitz said.
‘What that means is making sure your filings are on time, making sure you’re consistent about when you notify the Street of certain events, making sure your press releases go out in a timely fashion and go out for bad news as well as good,’ he explained. ‘When you’re a small or micro-cap, some of those things can fall by the wayside – but they’re really important things in order to be successful.’
