Mark Loehr of OpenExchange on revolutionizing investor communications

At the IR Magazine Awards – US 2024, we spoke with Mark Loehr, CEO of OpenExchange.

In this video interview, he reflects on the evolution of the firm, recalling how his vision for leveraging virtual platforms to assist companies in storytelling began in 2013.

Initially catering to Wall Street firms, OpenExchange swiftly adapted during the pandemic, expanding its services to include video-streaming and a comprehensive content library. Loehr underscores OpenExchange’s versatility, highlighting its support for various events such as non-deal roadshows, IPOs, investor days and earnings presentations.

In anticipation of a new product the firm plans to launch on April 9, Loehr unveils some key new features on offer that will enhance the communication experience for IROs, analysts and all stakeholders usually taking part in those meetings.
