At the IR Magazine Awards – Canada 2024, we spoke with Jill MacRae, partner at the Canadian corporate communications and public affairs firm FGS Longview (formerly FGS Global).
Reflecting on the past 12 months, MacRae talks about the firm’s acquisition of Longview Communications and Public Affairs, completed in November 2023. The move, she explains, allowed the firm to expand its reach to more than 1,300 professionals worldwide, offering services across borders and various markets.
She also praises the continuous evolution of the IR profession, acknowledging how the role of IROs is expanding beyond traditional communications.
