ITT has appointed Mark Macaluso as its vice president of investor relations, effective January 4 this year. He reports into Emmanuel Caprais, the company’s chief financial officer, and leads the development and execution of ITT’s investor relations strategy.
Macaluso previously spent 12 years at Honeywell, where he held a range of financial leadership positions. He served as vice president of investor relations between December 2014 and September 2019, according to his LinkedIn profile. During this time, Honeywell won the best investor event at the IR Magazine Awards – US 2018, and the best in sector – industrials award in 2017 and 2019.
Macaluso most recently served as vice president of financial planning and analysis for one of Honeywell’s business groups, and also spent time in corporate development and M&A.
He started his career in professional services, working in the transaction services advisory group at PwC and the assurance practice at KPMG.
