Wärtsilä, the Finish technology company, has appointed Hanna-Maria Heikkinen as its new vice president of investor relations, effective July 1.
She will report to CFO Arjen Berends and succeeds Natalia Valtasaari, who is taking on a new role outside the company.
Heikkinen will join from Cargotec, where she currently holds the position of vice president of IR, media relations and external communications.

Aki Vesikallio, Cargotec’s director of IR since 2019, will take over the IR department from Heikkinen.
