Meanwhile, Go Green Global Technologies gives IR responsibilities to Eric Mosser
US utility infrastructure services company Centuri Holdings has appointed Nate Tetlow as its new vice president of investor relations.
Tetlow will take responsibility for the NYSE-listed firm’s IR program, ‘further strengthening relationships with analysts and institutional investors as the company’s primary liaison to the investment community,’ according to a press release announcing the move.
Centuri also describes its new head of IR as a ‘seasoned finance and investor relations executive with more than two decades of experience driving capital markets success’.
Prior to taking up his new position, Tetlow spent six years at the NYSE-listed natural gas midstream operator Equitrans Midstream Corporation, where he established its IR program. Before that, he directed investor relations for EQT Corporation and held various other roles in corporate finance, FP&A and corporate treasury.
Writing about his new position on LinkedIn, Tetlow says: ‘I’m excited to begin the next chapter of my career at Centuri. I look forward to collaborating with the team and engaging with the investment community as we continue to grow and create value.’
Centuri’s CEO and president Christian Brown adds: ‘Nate’s exceptional track record in capital markets, combined with his deep understanding of energy infrastructure dynamics, positions him perfectly to help us communicate our value proposition to investors and support our expansion plans. His proven ability to build world-class investor relations programs will be instrumental as we work to broaden our institutional investor base and optimize our capital structure for long-term growth.’
Elsewhere in the US, Go Green Global Technologies has announced the appointed of Eric Mosser as its new chief corporate development officer, a role which will see him take responsibility for investor relations.
The OTC-listed clean technology company – which is focused sustainable solutions for water, fuel and HVAC systems – said that Mosser will lead corporate development efforts. His mandate will include spearheading strategic growth initiatives, fundraising, investor relations and identifying key partnership and acquisition opportunities, according to a press release announcing the move.
Most recently, he served as president and senior advisor to the board at Kaival Brands. Mosser previously was president and chief operating officer at the company’s innovations arm, where he led a successful uplisting to the Nasdaq exchange and secured a $15 mn equity raise.
‘We are thrilled to welcome Eric to the executive team,’ says Corrine Couch, COO of Go Green Global Technologies. ‘His track record in high-growth public companies, deep operational insight, and proven ability to scale businesses through strategic partnerships and capital formation make him an ideal fit as we position the company for its next phase of growth.’
