Professional services company CBIZ has brought in Christopher Sikora as its new vice president, investor relations and corporate finance.

The NYSE-listed firm describes Sikora as ‘an accomplished investor relations professional with extensive experience in finance, strategy and corporate development’ in a press release announcing the move.

He joins CBIZ after 11 years at Diebold Nixdorf where he served as vice president of IR and head of finance for its retail and global operations. He began his career at KeyCorp, where he worked in investor relations and equity research.

‘I’m thrilled to be joining this talented team at such an exciting time for the company,’ says Sikora. ‘CBIZ has a compelling business model and investment story, so strengthening engagement with the investment community and clearly communicating our long-term value proposition will be key to building on CBIZ’s continued success.’

Ryan Krueger, senior vice president of investor relations at Reinsurance Group of America

Elsewhere, Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) has appointed Ryan Krueger as its senior vice president of investor relations, in a move effective January 5, 2026, succeeding outgoing head of IR Jeff Hopson, who is set to retire.

Krueger previously covered the US life insurance sector for nearly two decades as a sell-side equity research analyst. He spent more than 10 years at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods as managing director for equity research focused on US life insurers and was previously a partner at Dowling & Partners Securities.

Axel André, RGA’s CFO, says that the new recruit’s ‘impressive track record of engaging with the investor community gives us confidence that he will drive deeper understanding and clarity of RGA’s strategy and performance’.

He adds: ‘I look forward to working with Ryan as we continue to strengthen our relationships with investors and advance our strategic objectives.’

Over in Finland, Marja Mäkinen has been appointed head of investor relations at Posti Group in a move effective from January 26, 2026.

She joins Posti from the equity research and investor communications company Inderes. Mäkinen has ‘extensive experience in managing investor relations in several listed companies and as a consultant,’ Posti writes in a press release announcing the move. She will report to Timo Karppinen, Posti Group’s CFO.

‘I am very happy to welcome Marja to work at Posti and join our professional finance team. With her strong experience, she will be able to build the investor relations function of our newly listed company,’ Karppinen says.

‘It is great to get an opportunity to create a foundation for Posti’’s investor relations and to serve Posti’s shareholders and other stakeholders,’ Mäkinen adds.

Finally, Melanie Dambre has been promoted to a new role at technology company Criteo, taking up the post of senior vice president, investor relations and corporate communications.

She has worked at the Nasdaq-listed firm since joining as head of investor relations in 2021. She previously worked in various advisory roles at FTI Consulting for 10 years.
