At the IR Magazine Awards – South East Asia 2023, Cromwell European REIT celebrated dual victories, securing accolades for best annual report (small cap) and best ESG reporting (small cap).
At the event, which marked a return to an in-person format in the region for the first time since 2019, IR Magazine caught up with Elena Arabadjieva, COO and head of IR at Cromwell European REIT. She shed light on the transformative shifts within the company since pre-pandemic times and highlighted key topics discussed at the forum. She also outlined the company’s vision for 2024, with a focus on the IR program.
‘I certainly hope for a better year,’ she said, noting that 2023 set the bar low for the real estate sector. ‘Hope is not a strategy, so we just need to keep going. Communicate the strategy to the market and at the same time deliver on performance and be transparent.’
