ZRG Partners taps Smooch Repovich Reynolds to lead new IR and communications practice

Smooch Repovich Reynolds has been hired by ZRG Partners as global practice leader for the firm’s new investor relations and chief communications practice.

During the last two decades, Repovich Reynolds has completed more than 300 senior IR search assignments, having worked on behalf of small caps, pre-IPO high-growth firms and Fortune 500 market leaders.

Repovich Reynolds says ZRG Partners’ investment in data analytics was one of her reasons for joining the firm. ‘I am delighted to join ZRG at this exciting point of growth and expansion,’ she says in a statement. ‘The firm’s innovative approach to data analytics as it relates to the human-capital challenges that companies face will resonate with my client base and further enhance what I have been delivering for the past two decades.’

Repovich Reynolds most recently served as practice leader of the investor relations and communications practice at DHR International. She has also led the IR practice at Caldwell Partners and successfully ran her own search firm, the Repovich Reynolds Group, for 23 years before its incorporation into Stanton Chase in 2011.

‘We are thrilled to add Smooch to our leadership ranks,’ says Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG Partners, in a statement. ‘She is a true market changer and we are looking forward to her integration into the ZRG organization.’

Repovich Reynolds has been a long-standing contributor to IR Magazine and recently moderated its Women in IR event in San Francisco. She is also an active member of NIRI, the Arthur W Page Society and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Before entering the executive search field, Repovich Reynolds held senior communications roles at Hill+Knowlton and United Cable Television. She has also written a book – Be hunted! 12 secrets to getting on the headhunter’s radar screen – and has been a contributor to CNBC and Fox News.
